Cindy Barber

Mrs. Barber grew up in the metro Atlanta area of Avondale Estates. She graduated with a B.A. in Communications from Shorter College in Rome, GA. Mrs. Barber was hired at ABAC in 1989 as a Secretary to the Alumni Office, where she served for five years before moving to the Technology Department. Her work experience at ABAC beyond the alumni office includes Tech Support personnel, Director of Media Services, and Director of Special Projects in the Office of Technology Services. Part of her service to ABAC over the years includes membership in the Baldwin Woman's Club, serving as treasurer and editor of the fundraiser cookbook. She also served as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Staff Forum, which placed her on a presidential search committee.

Mrs. Barber lives in Tifton with her husband, Chris. Together they have four children, three of whom attended ABAC. She also has three handsome grandsons and a beautiful granddaughter. Her hobbies include watching and attending college football and spending time with her family and dogs, Nelson and Journey.
