Finance and Operations

The Business Office strives to provide sound financial controls while maintaining strict compliance with federal and state guidelines. We are focused on maintaining stewardship of the human and physical resources entrusted to us by the State of Georgia. The ABAC Business Office is committed to providing superior customer service for the students, employees, and the public.

The offices reporting to Deidra Jackson, Vice President for Finance and Operation, are as follows:

The Procurement Office oversees the purchasing functions, including bid opportunities, bid terms and conditions, receiving of items, equipment inventory, and items in surplus

The department of capital planning coordinates capital improvement projects, research, planning, budgeting and management on the ABAC campus and as well as the Georgia Museum of Agriculture.
