An Evening for ABAC
Our annual An Evening forABAC gala has been reimagined for 2021 as a virtual event. As always, A Week for ABAC will directly benefit student scholarships and this year we will celebrate ABAC’s 113th Birthday! The virtual celebration will include an online auction featuring approximately 100 exciting items, plus a week of daily social media content highlighting the importance of supporting ABAC students through scholarships. Find the auction + more opportunities to participate at www.abac.edu/weekforabac.
An Evening for ABAC began in 1972 as a special one-time benefit to provide funding for the building of the Chapel of All Faiths and starred Anita Bryant. The event was so successful, it was decided that Dollars for Scholars, as it was known then, would continue as an annual benefit for student scholarships. Now in its 50th year, this initiative continues to give students from across South Georgia an opportunity to pursue their educational dreams through the scholarships it provides. Through your generous sponsorship of this program, you can assure students of that same incredible opportunity.
