Dual Enrollment

Our dual enrollment admissions criteria are as follows:

• Age/Grade Level: Successful Completion of 10th grade.
• On-track for completing the 17 units of the USG’s Required High School Curriculum (RHSC).
• At least 3.0 High School Grade Point Average calculated on RHSC courses completed.
• Must meet one of the following minimum test scores:
  • SAT/PSAT
    • Evidence-Based Reading & Writing – 480
    • Math – 440
  • ACT/PreACT
    • English or Reading – 17
    • Math – 17
  • Accuplacer
    • Reading – 237
    • WritePlacer – 4
    • Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra & Statistics – 258

1. Talk with your high school counselor to be sure you are eligible. Complete all forms required by your high school for participation in Dual Enrollment.
2. Apply to ABAC. Select the check or money order option to submit the application. The application fee will be waived for dual enrollment students. Indicate on the application that you are a dual enrollment student.
3. Request that your high school send an official transcript to ABAC Admissions.
4. Submit the certificate of immunization form.
5. Go to Georgia Futures and fill out the Dual Enrollment application.
