TIFTON – Due to threats of inclement weather from Hurricane Idalia, Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College will be closed on Wednesday, August 30.
The closing includes the Tifton and Bainbridge campuses and the Forest Lakes Golf Course. All sites will close at 5 p.m. Tuesday and reopen Thursday morning at 8 a.m. ABAC’s residence halls and dining operations will remain open for normal business hours.
The ABAC Police Department will continue to monitor the hurricane and any necessary safety-related information will be sent to students, faculty, and staff via the LiveSafe app.
