Yes, you will be assignedone roommate.
The hotels are a short driving distance from campus, either via Interstate 75 or via an in-town route. No shuttle will be available; students without transportation should work with Housing to find on-campus accommodation.
Depending on on-campus availability, students should expect to stay here for the Fall 2025 term, short-term (30 days) and long-term (5 months) options exist.
If on-campus housing becomes available within the first 30 days, your move will include a rate change to an ABAC pro-rated amount. The most likely on-campus housing option available will be a four-person suite in ABAC Place.
$3,075 persemester (for the long-term optiononly). The short-term option will be pro-rated for normal ABAC rates, dependent on the room.
Yes, the ABAC Police Department will regularly monitor both hotel locations.
Emotional Support and Service Animals are permitted at each locationas they are for the on-campus residence halls. ABAC provides reasonable accommodationfor students with documented disabilities. Quiet hours will be enforced as well as all other Residence Life and Housing and Student Code of Conduct guidelines and expectations.Students taking advantage of this housing option will be expected to adhere to the same code of conduct as in the residence halls, with fines for breaking rules and any facility damage being applied to the student’s account. A Residence Assistant (RA) will be located in each building.
