Ways To Pay

The ABAC Payment Plan allows a student to defer payment of the current term’s charges or the account balance, whichever is less. The deferrable balance is calculated after all actual and expected financial aid is applied to the student account. Financial aid is defined as any anticipated or disbursed aid, third party contract payments, scholarships, tuition, and fee waivers. Under the payment plan terms, at least half of the deferred balance is due before classes begin and the remaining amount is due approximately 60 days into the term (note this timing is compressed in Summer due to the shortened nature of the term).

Bank wires may also be initiated through eStallion via our partnership with TransferMate. Log into the My ABAC Portal, click on eStallion - Bill/Pay, go to ‘Make Payment’ tab, choose TransferMate in the dropdown menu, and follow prompts to complete your transaction. Domestic wires may be completed this way by selecting the United States from the country menu. For more information, please see International Payments through eStallion below.

Be sure to include your Stallion ID on the payment. 

Pay over the phone with a debit or credit card by contacting the Cashier’s Office at 229-391-4999. ABAC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for student account payments. There is a 3.00% (or $3.00 minimum) processing fee for paying with a debit or credit card.

You may be eligible for financial assistance (loans, scholarships, grants) to help with your college expenses. Review the financial aid process for information about applying. 

Be sure to complete all your outstanding requirements by the payment due date or be prepared to use another method to pay your balance. Any amount not covered by your financial aid award must be paid by the deadline using another approved method.

The Cashier’s Office is located on the first floor of the Carlton Center. You can pay in-person at the Cashier’s Office with cash, check, debit card, credit card, or money order.

Paying your student account balance online via eStallion is the FASTEST payment method!  eStallion is ABAC’s secure web-based billing and payment system. 

An electronic check or credit card payment is accepted. ABAC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for student account payments. 

There is a 2.95%* (or $3.00 minimum) processing fee for paying with a debit or credit card. There is no fee for paying with an electronic check. 

 *Fee updates to 3.00% starting May 5, 2025.
