Details
- A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed rental agreement is necessary to reserve a facility
- All fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to your event
- Upon request, a portable AV system is available for any facilities without them.
- All members of the armed forces receive 10% off facility rental rates with a valid military I.D.
- Our property can accommodate up to 420 vehicles and is located directly off of I-75.
- The room capacity shown is for theater-style set up only. Other setup styles will reduce the number of guests they can accommodate.
- Internet and WIFI is available.
- Uniformed Security required for all events with alcohol at an $50 hourly rate per officer
- The steam train runs every Saturday during scheduled operating hours. It makes two stops, the first is at the Country Store where guests pay admission. They can board the train there and ride to the Historic Village and get off the train at the Main Street Train Depot. The train is also available on weekdays by request and for an additional fee. The fee is $400/hour (2 hour minimum) for less than 60 riders and $6.50/person for 61 or more riders.
