What is the ABAC Gold Card?
All students, faculty, and staff must show a current government issued photo ID to obtain an ABAC Gold Card.
The ABAC Gold Card is your ID for all things ABAC and much more. It is a photo ID for ABAC events and services, but it will also allow you to use vending machines, make copies, access housing, and enjoy dining and convenience store services.
The debit card function is activated when you deposit money onto your ABAC Gold Card account at the PHIL Station on the 1st floor of the Carlton Center or Donaldson Dining Hall lobby or through eAccounts in the MyABAC Portal.
Want to transfer financial aid funds to your Gold Card for use on campus? That is easy too!! Just complete the Financial Aid to Gold Card Transfer Request and select what you would like to add. You can select from Meal Plans, Dining Dollars or General Dollars.
Use your ABAC Gold Card when you pay and the amount of your purchase will be automatically deducted from your ABAC Gold Card account up to the available balance.
Best of all there is no interest, monthly service charges, or annual maintenance fees!
You can easily deposit additional funds to your accounts throughout the term.
Gold Cards are available Digitally or in Physical Card form. You must have one or the other but not both forms of the card. Cost to obtain a replaced Physical Gold Card is $25.
The ABAC Gold Card office is located on the first floor of the Carlton Center in the Office of Student Accounts.
