If you’re here, you most likely did.

If you are NOT a visitor to the campus, in other words, if you are a student or employee, log in to MyABAC and access your C-Park account to find out more information about the ticket. You may appeal if you so desire please visit Parking Citation Appeals.

Students are not allowed to appeal tickets for parking in Faculty/Staff spaces, Disability spaces or fire zones.

If you ARE a visitor to the campus, please complete the following form to remove the violation.

Common Parking Violations

  • Failure to display current parking permit (not enforced 24 hours a day)
  • Student vehicle parking in a Faculty/Staff zone (UNAPPEALABLE)
  • Improper parking (enforced 24 hours a day)
  • Parking beyond limit in time zone (not enforced 24 hours a day)
  • Parking in unauthorized area (grass, sidewalk, out of zone; enforced 24 hours a day)
  • Parking in "Disability" space without permit (enforced 24 hours a day) (UNAPPEALABLE)
  • Parking in designated fire lane or zone (enforced 24 hours a day) (UNAPPEALABLE)
  • Parking in a visitor space (not enforced 24 hours a day)
  • Immobilization fee (not enforced 24 hours a day)
  • Improper display of parking permit
