Collegiate FFA-ABAC Chapter

Collegiate FFA Mission Statement:
FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agriculture education.

Collegiate FFA Purpose Statement:
Collegiate FFA enhances the collegiate experience through service and engagement to create   premier leaders, enable personal growth, and ensure career success.

Collegiate FFA Vision Statement:
Collegiate FFA empowers value driven pre-professionals to lead and serve in education, industry, and communities.

Membership is open to all students on campus; however most of the members have an interest in agricultural education. Chapter dues are $20.00.

ABAC Collegiate FFA meetings are held twice per month. Dates, times and place are to be announced.

The ABAC Collegiate FFA participates in a wide variety of activities each year. A few examples are:

  • National and State Convention
  • Assisting with State and South Region FFA Contests
  • Adopt-A-Mile  (Hwy. 41)
  • Annual Winter Pig Classic (Youth Hog Show)
  • Sunbelt Ag Expo
  • Omega Pepper Festival
  • National Teach Ag Day
  • Ag Awareness Day
  • ABAC Stallion Days
  • Tift Co. Animal Shelter
  • Region Rally
  • ABAC Recruitment
