Town & Gown is a showcase of local businesses and organizations within the Tifton area. The event is open to all ABAC students, faculty, and staff as a way for students to learn about involvement and other opportunities in the community.

Town & Gown Information

Town & Gown is not a time to sell items, but a chance to announce volunteer opportunities and bring brochures, samples, giveaways, and coupons to entice students to visit your business or join your organizations. We will provide each business/organization with a space in the ABAC Meadows, and your business/organization name will be listed on ABAC’s Town & Gown website. Additionally, you are welcome to bring additional items to draw attention to your booth (Alcohol and drugs are prohibited). ABAC highly recommends each business/organization to provide their own tables and chairs.

Participating groups will be able to set up their tables starting at 3:00 pm and will need to have displays broken down no later than 6:00 pm.

The upcoming event is scheduled for Monday, August 14, 2023.  

All vendors must register no later than August 7, 2023.  Once registration is received, an invoice with payment information will be sent to each vendor. If you have any questions or prefer to register over the phone, please contact the Dean of Students Office at 229.391.5130 or email deanofstudents@abac.edu.

Prior to Town & Gown, registered businesses will receive important event details including a campus map, parking pass, and event updates to the email address provided on the registration form.

Businesses and Non-Profit Organizations
$40 For Profit – Any local or corporate vendor.
$20 Non-Profit – Proof of 501(c)3 status Required at Registration Non-Profit organizations must be able to provide 501(C)3 status.
