1. URL [link]
2. Create URL [link/button]
3. Title: Provide a text name for the link (i.e., Syllabus)
4. URL: Provide the web address (i.e., http://www.abac.edu/apwillis/syllabus.htm)
5. Save [button] or Save and Create Another [button]
