The newly established Division of Planning and Operations is the result of months of strategic planning and analysis by the administration to better align the college's resources to meet the demands of future academic growth and to increase the efficiency of the college's support operations.  The consolidation of these support operations into one unit will allow us to put to better use the limited staff and funding we have to meet the future demands of our students. 

The new Division of Planning and Operations will be primarily made up of those areas that serve the campus, faculty and students.  The coming months will be a time of adjustment and self-assessment for everyone in this new division.   Although this division is made up of a number of separate units, this new concept is about developing teamwork amongst all units and new innovations to better serve the campus.   As we progress through this transition, please feel free to share your ideas and suggestions.  We all have a stake in making this work for a better ABAC.
