Upward Bound is one of the TRiO
programs funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The primary goal of the ABAC Upward Bound
Program is to assist students in Atkinson, Ben Hill,
Berrien, Colquitt, Cook, Irwin, Tift, Turner, and
Worth counties in completing high school and
successfully pursuing post-secondary training.
Upward Bound strives to instill in its participants a desire to do their best in any situation.
