Note: Windows 2000 has only single column Start menu functionalty.

1. Right click Start [button]
2. Properties [pop-up menu]
3. Start Menu [tab]
4. Dual Column: Start Menu [radio button]
5. Single Column: Classic Start Menu [radio button]
6. OK [button]
