Eudora Mail Settings

Note: Mail.abac.edu (effective prior to April 6, 2004)

          Mail2.abac.edu (effective as of April 6, 2004)
 

To automatically change mail.abac.edu to mail2.abac.edu in your Eudora mail settings, click here, select Open when prompted.
 

  1. Open Eudora
  2. Tools [menu]
  3. Options [submenu]
  4. Getting Started [icon] in Category [left column] -- (see image)
  5. Check/Change the Mail Server (Incoming) for/to mail2.abac.edu
  6. Check/Change the SMTP Server (Outgoing) for/to mail2.abac.edu
  7. Check/Change the other items specific to you
  8. Checking Mail [icon] in Category [left column] -- (see image)
  9. Check/Change the Mail Server for/to mail2.abac.edu
  10. Check/Change the Secure Sockets when Receiving for/to Never
  11. Check/Change the other items specific to you
  12. Sending Mail [icon] in Category [left column] -- (see image)
  13. Check/Change the SMTP Server for/to mail2.abac.edu
  14. Check/Change the Secure Sockets when Receiving for/to Never
  15. Check/Change the other items specific to you
  16. OK [button]
