Alpha Gamma Rho

Founded at Ohio State University in 1904, Alpha Gamma Rho prides itself on creating men for  the past 100 years. As both a social and professional fraternity, AGR provides students with the opportunity to get more out of their college experience. Though historically AGR has been an agricultural fraternity, AGR now welcomes students pursuing careers in agriculture, natural resources, life sciences and other related fields.

Through membership in the AGR fraternity, students gain valuable leadership experience, excel academically, participate in local community service projects and create a truly memorable college experience.

ABAC Men Wear Heels to Fight Domestic Violence

“Love does not hurt” and “The hurt I’m feeling does not compare to hers” were just two of many signs carried by a band of brave men in high-heeled shoes who participated in the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event Thursday at ABAC. This annual event was presented by Ruth’s Cottage and The Patticake House, along with the ABAC Chapter of the Georgia Association of Nursing Students, ABAC, Verizon and the ABAC Deans’ Team. The men walked in high heels to raise awareness about domestic violence. Thank you to everyone who participated and walked a mile in her shoes.
