Hayley Dobson

#11      Sophomore         Centerfield        Bats: L/Throws: R       Adel, GA

Coach Martinez on Hayley: “Hayley came into the ABAC softball program as a walk on, but has earned herself a spot as a key player in the outfield. Hayley is able to have great command as a slap hitter while also having very strong defensive skills. Hayley will be looking to be our leadoff hitter. Hayley has the absolute potential to be a great player that can play anywhere in the outfield.”

High School: Hayley attended Cook High School where she played varsity all four years. She helped her team win two region championships, and her team place 5th in state her junior year. During high school, Hayley received the Captain award, three Nicole Biauce awards, and three Coaches awards. She was named to 1st team All-Region as a junior and senior. She also played in the Georgia Dugout Club All-State Tournament her senior year.

Personal: Hayley Brooke Dobson was born on April 23, 1997 to Paul and Wanda Dobson. She was raised in Adel, Ga. She has younger sister and two younger brothers. Hayley is majoring in Physical Education. She enjoys watching movies, playing ping pong, and spending time with family and friends. A fun fact about Hayley is she can juggle.

Why ABAC? “I chose ABAC because Coach Campbell gave me the chance to keep playing softball and I loved how comfortable I felt around her and the other girls. Although I didn’t get the chance to play for her, I couldn’t be happier about who she brought in. Coach Martinez, Coach Lauren, and Coach Keri have made playing at the next level the best experience.”
