Campbell on Brooke: “I am so excited to see Brooke in the circle in 2015. Brooke works hard and I expect her to win a lot of games for us in 2015. She has good spin and great control of her pitches and I can’t wait to see her in the circle again in the spring.”
High School: Brooke went to Tiftarea Academy where she played two years of Junior Varsity softball and five years of Varsity softball. She had to move up to Varsity her 8th grade year because she was the only pitcher. Brooke’s 8th through 10th grade years the Lady Panthers won their region making it nine times in a row. They lost the title her junior year but gained it back her senior year. During her five years of Varsity she was an All-Region player and her senior year was on the GISA All-Star team. Brooke also played basketball for two years in high school.
Personal: Brooke was born on December 26, 1994 in Tifton, Ga. to Stacy and Vicky Keen. She has one older brother, Ellis, who is happily married and has a beautiful little girl. When Brooke is not playing softball she enjoys kayaking, reading, spending time with family and close friends. Brooke’s favorite time of year is the Holiday Season because she gets to spend time with all of her family.
Why ABAC? I chose ABAC because coming from a small school I felt the transition would be easier than being at a big university. I also chose ABAC because I love the atmosphere and the campus. ABAC is a place I can call home.
