Campbell on Kat:  “Kat has been such a pleasant surprise for us this Fall.  She is a fundamentally sound infielder who just keeps getting better with each practice.  I look forward to see what all Kat can bring to the 2013 team.”

High School:  Kat attended Northside High School where she played two years junior varsity and was a starter for two years on varsity.  Her team made it to the first round of playoffs her junior and senior year.  Kat was awarded most improved her senior year.

Personal: Kat was born June 16, 1994 in Belmont, North Carolina to Roger and Terri Conner.  She has an amazing older sister, Kristen Elia.  During her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, hunting, watching movies, and of course playing softball.  She is majoring in nursing with hopes of becoming a nurse practitioner.

Why ABAC?  “I chose ABAC because I like the small campus feel.  I had no trouble making friends on campus because everyone here is so nice.  I also love my team.  It’s like we have our own family because we all get along so well.”
