At ABAC: “Chelsea was a constant in our outfield last season. She had 148 plate appearances and had 27 singles, led the team in doubles with 10, had 14 RBI’s and scored 16 runs. She also hit 3 triples and 1 homerun.”
Campbell on Chelsea: “Chelsea is a tremendous athlete who comes from the strong program Collins Hill High School. Chelsea has the ability to do whatever she sets her mind to and she gained valuable experience last year as she started in all 46 games. I expect her to be a force at the plate for the Fillies as well as a mainstay in the Fillie grass again this season.”
High School: Chelsea went to Collins Hill High School where she played two years starting on the Varsity team. Her team won their region both her junior and senior year’s and she received All-region both years. She also was awarded 2nd team All-County, player of the year her junior year, and All-County Honorable mention her senior year. She played on two State Championship teams with Collins Hill.
Personal: Chelsea was born May 21, 1993 in Charleston, South Carolina to Robert and Audrey Littlejohn. She is an only child. Along with softball, Chelsea also enjoys many different things like singing, playing games, fishing, seeing movies, and above all else, spending time with her family and best friends.
Why ABAC? I chose ABAC because when looking for a college it was the place where I felt the most comfortable. I felt that it suited me very well. Coach Campbell and Griffin were both huge contributing factors that also made my decision a very good one. Other than them, my main reason for coming here was because of the small campus and for softball and a good education.
