Clear Space used by E-Mail

Notes:

  1. You can check the space used by e-mail.

  2. Your disk space allotment is 25 MB for your Inbox
  3. Your disk space allotment is 15 MB for all other folders combined -- add the Sizes for the other folders
  4. Check the Sent folder to clean out messages that have been sent by you
  5. Check the Saved folder to clean out messages that have been saved by you
  6. The number of messages doesn't equate to the size of the messages. One message containing pictures can exceed your allotment.

Delete Messages from MailServer

  1. Log into Stallions E-Mail Server
  2. Use the pull-down box on the top left to select the folder to view
  3. Note: Check the Sent folder for items that have been sent by you
  4. Note: Check the Saved folder for items that have been saved by you
  5. You can select all messages in the folder by using the checkbox in the top right immediately above the messages
  6. You can delete messages without sending them to the Trash folder by using the pull-down box in the bottom right corner, select the messages to be deleted, select --DELETE-- then Move [button/icon]

Download Messages to Local Hard Drive using Outlook or Outlook Express which Removes Messages from the MailServer

  1. Log into Stallions E-Mail Server
  2. Note: Check the Sent folder for items that have been sent by you
  3. To save messages in your Inbox folder, you can check your mail with Outlook or Outlook Express which will download the messages from your Inbox on the mail server to your local hard drive.
  4. To save messages in your other folders, you can move the messages from the other folders to your Inbox folder and check your mail with Outlook or Outlook Express which will download the messages from your Inbox on the mail server to your local hard drive.
