Week 5, Feb 7 and 9

Tues--have read articles on handout and journal analysis/evaluation

Thurs--DUE before class time: propose topic to me in form of question, through email (sgiles@abac.edu). bring Writer's Reference (finding and evaluating sources). Discuss Annotated Bibliography assignment, etc.

Week 6, Feb 14 and 16

Tues--Have read "Our Thirst for Bottled Water" and graph, 564+.

Thurs--have read "Boston Photos" 244-9 and photos

Week 7, Feb 21 and 23

Tues--have read Sontag 437-42 and accompanying photos. Sign up for conference appointments

Thurs--no class meeting. DUE: bring to my office at your conference appointment: Annotated Bibliography.

Week 8, Feb 28 and Mar 1

Tues--Peer Workshop, 3 copies of full-arc draft due

Thurs--Revising workshops, bring clean copy of draft and handout "Letter To The Reader Assignment"
