Viewing an eBill
Students will receive emails based upon the following activities:
- Payment method has been deleted
- Checking account validation failed
- Login Id has been changed
- A password request has been made
- Authorized user has scheduled a payment
- Invalid authorized user email
- Student granted access to authorized user
- Failed payment occurred
- Scheduled payment completed
- Authorized user changed e-mail address
- Credit card expires soon
- Authorized user e-mail change & confirmation
- Thank you for your payment
- Authorized user has made a payment
- Automatic bill payment created
- New statement for your student
- Amount due exceeds your specified limit
- New billing statement issued
- Authorized user has set up automatic bill payment
- Your bill payment has been scheduled
- Authorized user payment for multiple students
- Your refund has been processed
- You have a pending electronic refund
