SUMMER STAFF FORUM

JUNE 25, 2003

Amy Willis, Chair, called the meeting to order and gave the invocation.

OLD BUSINESS:

A: The minutes were approved, a motion to accept was

made, seconded and passed.

B: Amy Willis read “Thank You Cards” from Susan

Roe and Eve Copeland.

C: It was voted and passed to continue the Focus

Newsletter.

D: Amy Willis thanked the volunteers for Spring

Refreshments.

NEW BUSINESS:

A: Motion was made, seconded and passed for the new

slate of officers for Fall 2003 – Summer 2005

Philip Hightower, Chair

Olga Contreras, Vice Chair

Nancy Brannen, Secretary

Stefane Hightower, Parliamentarian

B: Account balance of approximately $13,100 was

reported.

C: Amy Willis thanked the volunteers for the Summer

Refreshments.

The meeting was adjourned and members enjoyed delicious

refreshments served by volunteers of the Staff Forum.
