Summer Staff Forum

June 19, 2002

Amy Willis, Chair, called the meeting to order. The invocation was given by Amy Willis.

Introduction of new personnel was given by Amy Willis.

Old Business:

The January minutes were approved. Motion to accept was made, seconded and passed.

New Business:

Staff Forum Committee for Revising the Award Criteria, Nomination Forum, and Constitution and By-Laws: Pathelyn Smith (Chair), Teresa Williams, Jimmy Grubbs, Marsha Anderson, Kim Ascani, Bobbie Baldree, Nancy Brannen and Olga Contreras

Committee for funding of Staff Forum for Roy Jackson Award for Excellence, Staff Forum and Annual Scholarships consist of: Jimmy Grubbs, Susie Crockett, Trina Jones, Rocio Cardenas, and Katrina Williams.

Special entertainment by Sabor Latino was enjoyed by everyone.

The meeting was adjourned and members enjoyed delicious refreshments served by volunteers of the Staff Forum.
