FALL STAFF FORUM

SEPTEMBER 18, 2002

3:00 PM

Amy Willis, Chair, called the meeting to order. The invocation was given by Phillip Hightower.

Introduction of new personnel was given by Amy Willis.

OLD BUSINESS:

The September minutes were approved. Motion to accept was made, seconded and passed.

NEW BUSINESS:

Terry Clark was presented the Fall 2002 Staff Forum Award.

Motion was made to accept the revised Award Criteria and Nomination Form, seconded and passed.

Motion was made to accept the revised Constitution and By-laws, seconded and passed.

Motion was made to discontinue the Semester Staff Forum Award, seconded and passed.

Several projects were discussed to raise money for the Roy Jackson Award for Excellence and Staff Forum Scholarship.

The meeting was adjourned and members enjoyed delicious refreshments served by volunteers of the Staff Forum.
