The Career Placement component is
designed to facilitate the career search process for jobs
after graduation.
Students should request career placement advising and job search assistance at least two semesters prior to graduation.
Career placement services assist career-oriented students and alumni with their post-graduate employment needs. Career Placement Services include:
Individual consultations
and group workshops covering resume writing, interviewing,
and networking skills
Resource materials for resume writing, cover letters, and honing
interview skills
Literature on companies and governmental agencies, including current
addresses
Listings of current post-graduation job openings
On-site interviewing with various businesses
The Student Development Center staff is available to
consult with departments, student groups, employers, faculty and staff to increase the likelihood of
student success at ABAC.
