Scheduling Overview

NOTICE

Facilities Scheduling Overview

You may request to use a facility at ABAC using this on-line resource. The process will allow for you to view calendars to determine if a facility is available. If so, you may then submit a request.

The request will be sent to a scheduling coordinator who will review the guidelines for the particular facility. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours of your request.

Should the request not meet facility guidelines, you will receive an informational email explaining what needs to be done before approval of the request.

Please do not assume that an available facility will receive an automatic confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please email Ms. Bobbie Baldree at bbaldree@abac.edu.

 

Special Needs

If you have special needs for software, hardware or audio visual equipment, contact the Office of Information Technology and Services, Media Services Department at 229.391.4848 or via email at mediaservices@abac.edu.

If you have special needs/instructions required of plant operations (i.e., set up or dismantling of tables, chairs, etc), please make sure to note this on the Event Information page. If unsure of special needs/instructions required of Plant Operations at the time of entry, please make note that you will communicate with Plant Operations the week of the event or class. You can follow up with an email at PhysicalPlant@abac.edu or place a work order at http://www.abac.edu/facilities.

If you have special needs for dining services (refreshments or meals), please contact Campus Dining Services at Sodexho, 229.391.5169.

NOTE: It is your responsibility to make contact for any special need requests.

It is strongly recommended that the requestor contact ABAC Police the day of the event to unlock & lock a building/door.
