Agriculture Transfer Program

The agriculture college transfer program is designed for students who wish to attend Abraham Baldwin for two years, then transfer to a senior-level institution to complete the requirements for a B.S. degree.  At Abraham Baldwin, the program consists primarily of taking core courses in the Humanities, Math, Sciences and Social Science.  Upon graduation from ABAC, students enter the university of their choice without loss of credit.

A B.S. degree in Agriculture or related areas can be the key to an exciting and rewarding career.  Less that 2 % of the agricultural work force is directly involved in farming operations. The other 98 % is employed in a wide range of  areas dealing with agricultura business, sales and marketing, retail,  economic policy research and development, education, etc.
