Bidding documents can be downloaded from this site or obtained through the contact information provided. The College encourages participation by minority-owned and small businesses. Those vendors submitting bids will be required to furnish ethnicity or small business designation. The College is obligated to report participation in these categories.

A minority business is one that is owned or controlled by one or more minority persons. Owned and controlled means a business which is: (A) a sole proprietorship legitimately owned by an individual who is a minority person; (B) a partnership or joint venture controlled by minority persons and in which at least 51 percent of the beneficial ownership interests are legitimately held by minority persons; (C) a corporation or other entity controlled by minority persons and in which at least 51 percent of the beneficial ownership interests are legitimately held by minority persons. The State of Georgia recognizes five (5) minority groups; Asian American, Native American, African American, Hispanic/Latino and Pacific Islander.

Under Georgia law a small business is defined as a business that is independently owned and operated with fewer than 100 employees and/or less than $1 million in gross receipts per year
