KARATE CLASS BEGINS OCTOBER 7 AT ABAC

TIFTON—A Karate class is available at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College starting Oct. 7 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center. Pre-registration is required.

The class will meet Tuesdays, Oct. 7 - 28, from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Nickelodeon on the bottom floor of the J. Lamar Branch Student Center. There is a fee of $29.

This class will provide, within an aerobic framework, the student with the physiological mechanisms to increase power in basic karate moves such as blocks, strikes, and kicks.
