WILCOX COUNTY OFFICER GRADUATES FROM ABAC POLICE ACADEMY

TIFTON— Roy T. Stubbs, Jr.,  of the Wilcox County Sheriff’s Office was among 18 individuals who recently received certificates at graduation exercises for the 229th session of the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) Regional Police Academy at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

Stubbs received second place in Firearms for the 229th session.

The Police Academy regularly holds multi-week intensive training sessions designed to acquaint officers with state-of-the-art law enforcement techniques. The Academy operates in cooperation with the Division of Social Science at ABAC.
