SWAINSBORO RESIDENT AWARDED SCHOLARSHIP AT ABAC

TIFTON—Rhett S. Lermy of Swainsboro was awarded a scholarship at the recent Honors Day ceremony at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

 The award, provided through the ABAC Foundation, was based on a number of criteria such as leadership ability, character, academic excellence, and financial need.

Lermy, an agriculture education major, received a $2,500 James and Joyce Kirk Scholarship.
