QUITMAN RESIDENT AWARDED SCHOLARSHIP AT ABAC

TIFTON—Remigio Padilla-Hernandez of Quitman was awarded a scholarship at the recent Honors Day ceremony at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

 The award, provided through the ABAC Foundation, was based on a number of criteria such as leadership ability, character, academic excellence, and financial need.

Padilla-Hernandez, a mathematics major, received a $2,000 Goizueta Foundation Scholars Fund Scholarship.
