JACKSONVILLE RESIDENT AWARDED SCHOLARSHIP AT ABAC

TIFTON— John R. Norris of Jacksonville, Fla., was awarded a scholarship at the recent Honors Day ceremony at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

 The award, provided through the ABAC Foundation, was based on a number of criteria such as leadership ability, character, academic excellence, and financial need.

Norris, a golf turf management major, received a $725 E. Ray Jensen Turfgrass Scholarship.
