SERVICE EXCELLENCE TRAINING BEGINS TODAY
TIFTON – Service excellence training begins today for all faculty, staff, and administrators on the campus of ABAC.
“This
training is part of ABAC’s Partners in Excellence project,” said Diane Kilgore,
ABAC’s Customer Service Champion and Director of the
ABAC’s service excellence
training will use Noel-Levitz materials which focus on service excellence in an
academic environment.
All full-time faculty, staff, and administrators will attend training that
meets two days for two and a half hours each day.
Twelve sessions will be held at various times during September and will be taught by Lisa Forshee.

Excellence Training, and follow registration procedures. If you prefer, you can
