ABAC SELECTS NEW HONORS PROGRAM STUDENTS

TIFTON - Twenty-two freshman students have been selected for membership in the Honors Program at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College for the fall 2007 semester.

Membership in the program is gained through high school academic standing, SAT or ACT scores, and an invitation from Dr. Luke Vassiliou, the Honors Program Director who is a faculty member in the Division of Humanities. The minimum required SAT score is 1100 for the combined Math and Verbal portions of the test. The fall 2007 incoming class has an average combined Math and Verbal score of 1209 (588 Math score average and 621 Verbal score average).
