INTRO TO YOGA STARTS SEPTEMBER 13 AT ABAC

TIFTON—A Yoga I class will be available beginning Sept. 13 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center at Abraham Baldwin College.

The class will be held every Thursdays from Sept. 13 – Oct. 18 from 7:45 – 8:45 p.m. in the Nickelodeon. There is a fee of $49 per person. Pre-registration is required.

This class will focus on yoga poses, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques. Participants must bring a yoga mat and wear loose clothing. Yoga mats can be purchased at the ABAC Bookstore.
