SPRING REGISTRATION AND ORIENTATION JANUARY 4
TIFTON- Registration and orientation
for students enrolling at
ABAC offers over 240 classes for the spring term including courses in accounting, business administration, computer sciences, English, agriculture, mathematics, psychology, Spanish, and more.
“Orientation is an important time for students to get the classes they need and meet with their advisors,” Ali Csinos, Coordinator of Recruiting, said.
Activities during this orientation will include meeting student leaders, tours of the campus, a guide to registering for classes, a Focus on Your Major session, and registering for classes.
Students attending the Jan. 4 registration and orientation session must pay all fees by 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 5. Those who need assistance paying for their college education can still apply for financial aid, but they must be prepared to pay initially and be reimbursed for the aid that they qualify for at a later date. For additional information, contact the Financial Aid Office at (229) 391-4910.
“It would be best to have all paperwork in by Dec. 18,” Csinos said. “The reservation deadline for orientation is Dec. 22 and students who need to take placement testing must have it completed by Dec. 21.”
For additional information about the spring semester or to request an application, contact Enrollment Services at (229) 391- 5001, or visit the ABAC web site at www.abac.edu. The college will be closed from Dec. 23 to Jan. 1 for the holiday season.
