FIRST TUESDAY CONCERT FEATURES NATIVE TIFTON RESIDENT
TIFTON – The First Tuesday Concert audience will be treated to two different
performances on Nov. 1 at
Tickets for the performance may be purchased at the door. The cost is $3 for adults and $1 for students. ABAC students are admitted free with ID. Patrons of the Arts and Entertainment Series can also attend at no charge.

He will perform pieces by Sergei Rachmaninoff
and Claude Debussy before concluding with Gaspard
de la Nuit by Maurice Ravel. Dr. Susan Roe, First Tuesday Series
Coordinator, said, “This piece is the most difficult in all of piano
literature.”
The Mannheim Trio comprised of Sheri Wyles Grabowski (flute), Lesli Bellflower Holton (flute) and Betsy Sone Jones (cello) will present a concert of classical styles, including La Rejouissance by Handel, Franck’s Panis Angelicus, and Trio #4 from Haydn’s Three Trios.
“This should be a wonderful evening of music,” Roe said. “We have been trying to get Dr. Pittman for quite awhile, and everyone loves the Mannheim Trio.” ###
