CIRCLE K HOLDS 5K RACE TO STOP ABUSE

K Club at

event is a 5K and one mile Fun Run to help promote Child Abuse Awareness Month.
In 2004, 578 cases of abuse were reported in
Public
Health Educator Gaylan Baxter of the
ABAC’s Baptist Student Union will be on hand after the race to provide refreshments to participants. A medal ceremony will follow the race. Medals will be presented to the top three males and females in each age group for the 5K run.
To register, interested persons can visit the website at www.abac.edu/attach/circlek.htm to print out the entry form. For more information, please contact Cathy Rogers, advisor of Circle K at (229) 391- 4968. The race will begin on the west side of the tennis courts.
