TIFTON—For the second year in a row, all 835 private bedrooms are
filled at the $32 million
Student Life and Housing Director Bernice Hughes said a waiting list has been established, and almost 200 names are on that list.

becomes available at
Hughes said those persons who have a place to rent can call the ABAC Housing Office at (229) 391-5140.
A limited number
of dormitory rooms are being used at ABAC’s Comer
Hall for overflow space. Hughes said as
soon as a room becomes available at
ABAC Interim President Tom Call said the case for additional housing at the college becomes stronger every day.
“This will be our second fall semester with the apartments, and we’ve had a waiting list both years,” Call said. “We have already made some preliminary plans as to the location of another site for housing on the campus.”
Classes begin Aug. 22 for the ABAC fall term.
