Palmer said that after summer registration is completed, students can also register for the fall term that begins on Aug. 23. She also said that transient students home from another college or university should consider taking a summer class at ABAC to lessen their load for the fall semester when they return to campus.
There will be planned activities for students to get acquainted with future classmates during orientation, as well as a time for parents to get all their questions answered. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet the faculty and a great Q and A time for parents,” said Dr. Maggie Martin, ABAC’s Director of Student Development.
Students who need assistance paying for their college education can still apply for financial aid, but they must be prepared to pay initially and be reimbursed for the aid that they qualify for at a later date. For additional information, contact the Financial Aid Office at (229) 386-3235.
