Each student will also receive a certificate.

Three ABAC students also received individual awards at the conference.

“I am proud to be associated with students of this caliber,” Kathy Moreno, co-advisor of AGB at ABAC, said. “The awards they received at the National AGB Leadership Workshop reflect the amount of hard work and effort they have put forth on behalf of Alpha Beta Gamma and ABAC. They are an exceptional group of individuals and are truly deserving of recognition.”

Co-advisor Joy Godin added, “I have never been more proud of a group of students as I was at the convention. ABAC’s Alpha Beta Gamma, Sigma Chapter was a ‘shining star’ at the leadership conference, and they worked very hard preparing for their presentation, ‘PDAs in the Classroom: A Student Perspective.’ Throughout the year, the students have demonstrated unparalleled dedication and leadership by organizing and participating in numerous business development, community service, and campus activities. Receiving five national awards is an amazing accomplishment, and our students earned it.”
