To secure the early bird rate of $2,501 per person, participants can pay as little as $150, which includes a $95 non-refundable deposit, by Sept. 30. A total of $495 will be due by Oct. 15 to maintain the early bird rate. The fee is based on double occupancy/Atlanta departure.
Diane Kilgore, Director of ABAC's Public Service & Business Outreach Center, said the travel agent extended the deadline because so many people have expressed interest in the trip.
"We already have 12 travelers who have made their reservations, and we hope more are planning to join us," Kilgore said.
