Entertainment will be provided on Oct. 17 - 18 by ABAC's Spirit Team and on Oct. 19 by the Jazz Chorus.
The Spirit Team, under the direction of Vicki Nichols, will perform a variety of dance numbers from funk to jazz to country to a special "Halloween" number. In addition, ABAC student Autumn Cross will sing two of her favorite country tunes during each show.
Under the direction of Wayne Jones, the Jazz Chorus will perform several songs, including I Can't Give You Anything But Love, Jump, Jive, and Wail, Too Hot to Samba, Come Rain or Come Shine, There Will Never Be Another You, Trashin' the Camp (from Disney's Tarzan), and Take the A Train. There will also be a number of solos performed by individuals of the 16-member group.
Showtimes for all three days will be at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 3:45 p.m.
Alumni registration cards will be available at the Expo, and a drawing will be held at the end of the week for an ABAC afghan. Admissions Office personnel will also be available with information about the college.
The Expo began in the mid-60s as a series of small farm equipment shows on the campus of ABAC. Since the move to Spence Field in Moultrie in 1978, ABAC has been a prime exhibitor and supporter of the largest show of its kind in the country.
