Brant Sandifer, a Biology major from Tifton, represents the
third generation of his family to attend ABAC. Both his parents and
grandfather attended the college.
“The best thing about ABAC is the personal interaction with the professors because of the small class size,” Sandifer, who was the third honor graduate from the Tift County High School Class of 2008, said.
While enjoying his first semester on campus, he got
involved in the Baptist Collegiate Ministries and the ABAC Honors Program. Sandifer
also maintained close ties with his community and church since he stayed in
Tifton to get his education. Because of his
academic achievements in high school, Sandifer was selected as a Foundation
Scholar and received a tuition scholarship from the ABAC Foundation.
His favorite quote is “ Christianity, if false, is of no
importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be
is moderately important” by C.S. Lewis.
Sandifer plans to continue his education at UGA after he
completes his studies at ABAC.
