Athletic training major Kyle Peters of Buford has always loved sports. He played basketball for ABAC his freshman year and now plays both basketball and softball on the intramural teams.

   But his involvement on campus is not solely related to sports. Peters is also a member of the ABAC Ambassadors and competed in the 18^th annual Mr. ABAC competition.

   “The best thing about ABAC is the small town feel,” Peters said. “You can really concentrate on your studies. and the class size allows you to develop a relationship with your instructors.”

   After ABAC, Peters plans on attending either the University of Georgia or Georgia College State and University to pursue an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and receive his doctorate in chiropractic or physical therapy.

   “I have learned from my time at ABAC, that if you stay true to yourself and surround yourself with positive and loving people, everything else will fall into place,” Peters said.
